Sunny Medical Device (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 by returned scholars from the USA. After several years' unfaltering development, Sunny Medical has been the leading contract supplier of medical devices in China, including plastic injection molding and assembly, packaging and ETO sterilization. Sunny Medical is also an industry leader of RNA and DNA isolation kits.

At present, we mainly develop and manufacture medical disposable products for cardiology and radiology procedures such as manifolds, control syringes, high pressure lines, Y adaptor kits, guide wires, inflation devices and angiographic needles. We offer these devices to worldwide customers both CE marked and on OEM basis. All the production procedures are ISO 13485 certified, and all mold injections and assemblies are in Class 100,000 clean room.

We also offer other customized devices. We are willing to develop new molds based on customers' samples. The color of our products is not only restricted to that in the catalog; we can produce these products according to customer demanded colors.

Our lead-times for different products are one to four weeks and our average lead-time is only two weeks while the industrial average is over five weeks. We have professional workers to assemble all the products, which guarantees excellent quality; all of them are well-trained before work.
